ONE OFF CONSULTATION
If you are after just a one-off consultation these are available for $100. These sessions are catered around exactly what you are wanting to gain knowledge about.
DOULA BAG
This is my “secret weapons” bag. It includes a TENS machine, mood lighting, massage tools, massage oil, diffuser and essential oils, rebozo, snacks, hair ties, drinks and several other helpful things.
I will give you ongoing labour support for both you and your partner, create a calming, beautiful and safe space for you that honours your desires. I will supply non-medical comfort measures like a change of position, massage, counter pressure and breathing techniques. You and your partner will have continual emotional support and reassurance when needed, and I will always be in your corner to help you advocate for the labour you want.
